When you learn to speak Chinese you are not just learning another language. It opens up a whole new world of culture and understanding. This cultural aspect of the language is of great benefit to the tourist, but absolutely vital to successful business relationships for those working in or with China.

Contrary to what many believe Chinese is not difficult to learn. After all, it is the most widely spoken language in the world. And reading the characters is much more logical than at first appears when looking at a page of unfamiliar squiggles and lines.
